Victor Golubkov
Victor is a Russian-trained dancer who has over 27 years of international dance and performance experience, including over 10 years of intense teaching and training of amateur and championship-level dancers in Russia. Since 2012, he has been teaching and training in Victoria, BC, Canada.

Wanda Kivitt
Dancing has been a part of Wanda’s life since childhood. She has studied a variety of dance disciplines including Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Ballroom and Latin. She has Professional Certification in both International and American Style holding Licentiate degrees in Standard and Latin, Rhythm and Smooth. She is a Member of the Canadian Dance Teachers’ Association and has a University degree in Arts and Culture Administration.
In addition to our own in-house instructor, VBDS also partners with out of town instructors either for VBDS hosted workshops or to provide private coaching sessions.
