What: Workshop – Merengue
When: Saturdays 2:00 – 3:00 pm, September 10th – October 1st
Where: Cedar Hill Rec Centre
Price: $50 for VBDS Members, $60 for non-members
In this four-week Workshop series, Victor will teach figures and technique in Merengue a fun dance from the Dominican Republic. Unlike many ballroom dances that have slows and quicks, Merengue is simply danced on each beat making it easy to learn.
While not required, students will be encouraged to change partners as this really enhances the learning experience.
