What: Beginner West Coast Swing workshops with John de Pfyffer

When: Saturdays, noon to 1:00 PM, September 28th, October 5th and 12th.

Where: Les Passmore / Silver Threads Saanich

Price: $37.⁵⁰ for VBDS members, $45 for non-members

Over three Saturday afternoons, John will teach the basics of West Coast Swing, a wonderful social dance that can be done to a variety of music from Pop to R&B to Blues to Rock ‘n Roll to Country – it is well suited for a variety of genres. These workshops are great for those new to the dance or if you’re feeling a little rusty and could use a brush up on technique.

Please note, you DO NOT need a partner to register for classes or workshops. As needed, we will attempt to balance classes with volunteers. As well, while not required, students will be encouraged to change partners as this is very beneficial to learning.

Registration will close one-week before the start of classes and if there are inadequate numbers, the class will be cancelled. Your early registration will help determine the viability of this class/workshop. If you want to pay later, change (pull down) the “PayPal” field and select “Pay offline”, then reserve your spot.
