Technique – Latin Dances Workshop

What: Technique workshop for Latin dances – Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba and Jive

When: Thursdays 8:00 – 9:00 pm, March 16th to April 13th

Where: Centennial United Church Dance Studio

Price: $62.50 for members, $75 for non-members

In this five week workshop, Victor will use syllabus figures to teach proper technique for the Latin dances. Each workshop will start with 20 minutes of exercises designed to warm-up, stretch and strengthen key muscle groups used for posture, frame, hip & leg action and footwork. This workshop is suitable for all levels of dancers and no partner is required.
