Level 1 – Intro to Ballroom

What: Workshop – Intro to Ballroom – Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Cha Cha, Rumba & Jive

When: Saturdays noon – 1:00 pm, July 6^th, 13^th and 20^th

Where: Cedar Hill Rec Centre

Price: $37.50 for VBDS members, $45 for non-members.

Over three Saturday afternoons, Wanda will teach the basics in three standard and three Latin ballroom dances: Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Cha Cha, Rumba and Jive. The emphasis is on having fun and dancing as a couple.

Please note, you DO NOT need a partner to register for classes or workshops. As needed, we will attempt to balance classes with volunteers. As well, while not required, students will be encouraged to change partners as this really enhances the learning experience.

Registration will close one-week before the start of classes and if there are inadequate numbers, the class will be cancelled. Your early registration will help determine the viability of this class/workshop. If you want to pay later, pull down the “PayPal” field and change it to “Pay offline”, the reserve your spot.
