Dance Practice – All Levels

When: Wednesdays 6:30 – 8:30 pm

Where: Les Passmore (Saanich Silver Threads)

This practice is suitable for all levels, from Newcomer to Gold and beyond.

On a trial basis, the first half hour will be dedicated to Line Dances. This is an excellent opportunity for dancers without regular partners to get in some floor time as well as being a great way for all dancers to work on figures and technique.

The final 90 minutes is a regular practice with West Coast Swing providing a break between the first and second half. The format consists of two songs of the same dance type, eg. Waltz, Waltz followed by Tango, Tango, etc. working through all ten dances (five standard and five Latin).
