Board of Directors meeting

The monthly meeting of your Board of Directors occurs the second Wednesday of every month. Historically these have been held in person. More recently due to Covid and as a cost saving measure, they are held over Zoom.

The meeting is generally closed but may include guest presenters or participants for a specific purpose.

Approved meeting minutes for the prior month, are posted to the website within a few days of the meeting for the current month.
