Level 2, Newcomer Part 2

What: Level 2, Newcomer Part 2 – Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Cha Cha, Rumba and Jive

When: Thursdays, 6:30-7:30 PM, November 14^th to December 19^th

Where: Les Passmore / Saanich Silver Threads

Price: $75

In this six-week series of one hour classes, Wanda will build on what was taught in the previous series of classes. More figures will be introduced with a continued emphasis on developing good form, musicality and moving as a couple. By the end of the series students will understand the basic movement and footwork for each dance, will be able to tell the difference in music between the six dances have a good sense of how to move with together with their partner. After completing this level and the previous Newcomer Part 1 students will be ready for Level 3, Intermediate starting in the new year.

Please note, you DO NOT need a partner to register for classes or workshops. As needed, we will attempt to balance classes with volunteers. Although not required, students will be encouraged to change partners as dancing with different people is very beneficial to learning.

Registration will close one-week before the start of classes and if there are inadequate numbers, the class will be cancelled. Your early registration will help determine the viability of this class/workshop. If you want to pay later, pull down the “PayPal” field and change it to “Pay offline”, the reserve your spot.
