American Style Waltz Workshop

What: Workshop – American Style Waltz

When: Mondays 8:00 – 9:00 PM, April 17th to May 15th

Where: Centennial United Church – Dance Studio

Price: $62.50 for VBDS Members, $75 for non-members.

In this five-week series of workshops, Victor will teach American Style Waltz, a romantic and graceful dance that is perfect for formal occasions such as weddings and ballroom events. You will learn more separated and open figures which allow more freedom for both partners. Its emphasis on elegance and fluidity makes it a favorite among dancers of all skill levels, and it is often considered one of the most beautiful ballroom dances. As a prerequisite it is recommended students have taken at least one series of Intro-to-Ballroom or Newcomer workshops.

Classes are 1 hour in length for a total of 5 hours of instruction.
