Proxy Form: If you are unable to attend but still wish to participate you can assign your vote to a fellow member. Fill out this form and have them submit it at the AGM.

The Annual General Meeting for 2026 will (tentatively) be held on Wednesday, November 25th at 7pm in the gym at Les Passmore. Note – there won’t be a practice that night.
Member submissions of ordinary resolutions and special resolutions must be submitted by midnight, October 28th and can be done by emailing them to admin@vbds.org or providing a paper copy to any board member.
The AGM is our club’s formal event to discuss all things club related, vote on resolutions, elect new directors and our President. Please come. This is your club and you have a right to ask questions and express your opinion about our direction and future.
